The Medical ID Wallet and Card were created as a tool for First Responders to help treat a patient when they arrive on a medical emergency. Carrying this tool on a service dogs vest will help any First Responder gather pertinent information immediately no matter the condition of the patient. It has a velcro backing that can stick to any velcro loop service, as well as a built in strap so it can be attached to handles or D rings as well. The strap itself when not in use can be hidden behind the velcro backing in a pocket on the back side of the wallet.
Materials and Facts:
The Medical ID Wallet is made out of 1000D Military Spec Cordura material. The outside has a 2D rubberized velcro patch that is bright red with a medical symbol on the front, with glow in the dark white ink. The card on the inside is red aluminum at 1mm thick, it's laser engraved and will never wear off.

This totally helped my service dog and I with gaining access to medical information when EMT needed it the most.
I love this wallet and card combo. My husband and I searched all over for something I could attach to my Service dog with my medical information on as well as emergency contact for my service dog. When my husband found this I was so excited to try it out! Now that I have it I think I am going to order a second one so that I have one for both leashes. Also sent my daughter the website so that she can order one for herself :) Highly recommend!
I previously rated this medical id wallet as 5 stars, I'm updating it to 4.5 stars. The all velcro side has a tendency to catch on clothes(like leggings, hoodies, last night I was in the ER & this wallet was EXTREMELY helpful for me & my service dog, however the velcro side kept catching on the gauze that was covering a wound on my leg). I plan on buying a small patch to cover most of the velcro to prevent this in the future but otherwise a 5 star product we love & will re-purchase. :)
The Nook n Rook Medical ID has really given me a sense of security when out on my own with my service dog. It is often just the two of us so having this very identifiable information for emergency services to see in case I have a medical episode and become unresponsive is extremely reassuring! I would be devastated if something happened to him. Additionally, I have some severe allergies so it is very important information to relay. This is a lifesaving product!
My service dog wears our nooknrook. I also hook it onto my bag. I love the concept! Since everyone is staring at my dog they might as well know where the medical info is in case of an emergency!!
I also love that it has that strong magnet to keep it closed - where in an emergency it can just be opened quickly but it’s strong enough that when he shakes it doesn’t fly open.
