Medical ID Card

The Medical ID Card is a thick 1mm aluminum card.  It's size is similar to a business card, that has then been laser engraved with the pertinent information.  

We worked with First Responders to create this card to highlight the information they need when arriving on a medical emergency. 

At a quick glance they can easily see all of your medical information.  On the back side we list emergency contacts and your pets emergency contacts as well.  One important feature that was requested by First Responders was what tasks your service animal provides so that is included as well.
